"I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." Therefore, I lauched many projects for my students to understand the knowledge through the project. From there, students not only have academic knowledge but also shape more 21st century skills, empathy, kindness,...My students are also involved in a number of other teacher projects to connect with friends around the globe. I believe these activities will be the foundation for them to become global citizens in the future.
Five Safe Fingers
Launched: 2017 - Role: Founder
The project involved more than 100 teachers, 5,000 students from more than 30 countries around the globe. The project aims to help children with the skills to protect themselves from sexual abuse.
Everyday Kindness
Launched: 2018 - Role: Founder
The project aims to bring children the value of goodness in life. . As of July, 2018 more than 12,000 students from 38 countries participated in the project.
We are little volunteers
Launched: 2015 - Role: Founder
Three Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts from Israel, Serbia, Philippines and I collaborated to link our classrooms and students through Skype and work together on a traffic safety project.
STEM Project

The project provides teachers, schools, etc around the world with more useful material for teaching STEM (STEAM). In addition, the project aims to encourage girls to participate more in STEM (STEAM) as well.

ACTIVITIES
TEACHING
Teaching is the greatest passion in my life. With thought, teachers can change the life of a child, I always look for methods, teaching techniques to help my students find joy in learning. Over 10 years of teaching, my passion has never been lessened. Therefore, I always find ways to spread the teaching method to colleagues everywhere. I am really happy that our students are not only learning from textbooks but also living skills to respond to the global trends. I feel fortunate that my students receive good results after the efforts of both teachers and students: many national and international awards are welcome at many schools after graduation primary school.
With the thought of everyone doing good things, the world will be better. I participate in many non-profit activities such as organizing evening classes for orphans, teaching living skills for children around the country such as safe internet skills, sexual abuse prevention skills, etc. I'm a member of the non-profit The Dariu Foudation with activities to help children and women. We want to empower the poor, especially low-income women and disadvantaged children, with our two vital pillars: microfinance and education.
VOLUNTEER
GLOBAL ADVISOR/ MENTOR/ LEARNING CONSULTANT
I am now a mentor of The New York Academy of Sciences. In this role, I help mentees with the supplemental programming and to connect to the larger community. I am also a member of the Global Advisory Board Foremost Foundation and ISTE Learning Spaces PLN Leader Team. With these non-profit activities, I look forward to helping students and teachers develop their abilities. In addition, as a Microsoft Academic Adviser, I have the opportunity to share and guide teachers' teaching and learning more effectively and interestingly.
AMBASSADOR
With a keen spirit of learning, I always pioneered to learn as well as apply technology in teaching. As an ambassador for technology as well as educational programs, I have the opportunity to share my insights with my colleagues. I am really happy to see many of my colleagues have changed to make learning really enjoyable.
MASTER TRAINER
With regard to learning and learning, I regularly organize free training courses for teachers throughout Vietnam to share effective teaching methods and the application of technology to teaching. Good values need to be spread to make life better. Sharing does not weaken us, but only strengthens us. Up to the present time, I have trained over 10 000 teachers not only in Vietnam but also globally through online and face to face training.
FOUNDER
I am the founder of many projects with the participation of thousands of children in Vietnam and around the world. I'm also the founder of creative teacher community in Vietnam with over 7,000 members. I often organize professional development activities such as EduTalk, EduCast, EduChat, competitions, ...
AUTHOR/ WRITER
Writing is one of the joys in my life. I am a member of Global Blogger as well as contributor of educational websites in the country and internationally. Through my articles, I have the opportunity to share the expertise, the successes and experiences I have had over the past 10 years of teaching to teachers in Vietnam and around the world. I am also co-author of several eBooks to share about career development with many colleagues around the world.
